If you have any problems or defects with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible. Requests for repairs/replacements more than 30 days after original purchase will be considered but NOT guaranteed.
All personalized items and custom designs are final sale...non-returnable/non-refundable. Of course, if I have made an error or there is a manufacturing defect, returns may be approved if repair or replacement is not an option.
Ready to ship items, chains, stones may be eligible for return for store credit.

Domestic orders ship first class USPS and include tracking + delivery confirmation. Please allow 3-5 days of actual transit time for USPS first class packages.
International orders are shipped USPS first class international. malisay designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
